Return and Refund Policy

At Golf Carts Official, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping fees). Our return eligibility period starts from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Before sending a return, please obtain written approval from Golf Carts Official. If a return is sent without our written consent, a refund will not be issued, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs or may forfeit the item.

To initiate a return, you can fill out our return form here. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

Please note: Most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouses, and shipping times can vary depending on product weight and dimensions.

We currently ship to the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands), as well as Australia, Canada, and Europe.

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

Please account for both the processing and shipping time to estimate when you will receive your order.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

  • 7-14 business days after your purchase, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout to track your shipment.

Our headquarters is in San Diego, CA, with most of our warehouses in different regions to ensure quick shipping. We use UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ship our products.

For orders containing multiple products, estimated shipping times may vary for each item. Most orders are separated, so you may receive them in different shipments.

Shipping Services

We currently ship to 47 states within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other islands. We also offer shipping to Canada, Australia, and Europe. If you are unsure if your location is available for shipping, please email info@golfcartsofficial.com to inquire. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product.

Orders

Any changes to shipping information after the item has shipped, such as address changes, suspending the order, or updating shipping preferences, may delay the delivery of your product and could affect any potential replacement or refund. If you wish to change the color of your golf cart, you must do so before your order is shipped.

Order Cancellation

All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 3-10 days, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The processing time varies depending on when your order was placed and its shipping stage.

  • Before Shipping: If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours but within 30 days of your purchase, the refund will be processed once the return claim is handled and the product is received.

  • After Receiving the Order: No refunds will be issued after 30 days unless you qualify for one.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS with an order confirmation number. A tracking number will be provided via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If the shipping address provided is residential, the shipper may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Failing to schedule a drop-off appointment within 30 days after contact will result in an order cancellation, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping-related charges.
